Hi! I'm Zac,
I'm a 22 year old, Western-Sydney artist, relatively new to the illustration world. I work across a wide range of traditional mediums, particularly specialising in ballpoint pen, coloured pencils and ink/brush-pens.
I'm not sure when I first began drawing, but I think it's safe to say I've been drawing my whole life. What probably began as a way to explain to my friends, when I was 4, how everything worked and looked like in our imaginary games, has since become about 90% of... all I do... ever
I do the vast majority of my drawings entirely freehand, saving the use of guidelines for projects where composition and planning are a priority. While I do have my favourite genres to work in (ahem, children's fantasy), there really isn't much consistency to the kinds of things I draw, in fact I find whenever the projects I'm working on remain in one specific style/genre for too long, my sketchbook drawings from that time period seem to dive headfirst in entirely the opposite direction ^_^
